This Privacy Policy explains how LangRun, LLC (Flun, LangRun, We, Us, or Our) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards Your information when You use the Flun mobile application and related services (collectively, the Service).

- Account means the unique account created for You to access the Service.
- Application means the mobile application titled Flun.

- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone or tablet.

We may use anonymized or aggregated food images, descriptions, and related metadata to improve internal models and product performance. Such data is not linked to Your identity when used for these purposes.
Important:
- Progress photos are never used for model training.
- We do not publicly display Your User Content without Your explicit consent.

5. How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell Your Personal Data.
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers
With trusted vendors who help operate the Service, including:
- Google Firebase — Authentication (name, email), cloud data storage (Firestore), image storage (Cloud Storage), push notifications (FCM), and crash reporting (Crashlytics). Crash logs and diagnostic data are collected to identify and fix app issues.
- OpenAI — Meal photos submitted for nutrition analysis are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Photos are processed in real-time and are not retained by OpenAI under their API data usage policy.
- PostHog — Anonymized app usage analytics (screen views, feature interactions) are collected to improve the app experience. No personally identifiable information is shared with PostHog.
- RevenueCat — Subscription purchase data is managed through RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and manage subscription status.
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — Authentication is handled through Google and Apple's sign-in services. We receive Your name and email address from these providers.
These providers are contractually required to protect Your data and are bound by their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell Your Personal Data to any third party.
5.2 Legal Requirements
When required by law, subpoena, or governmental request.

As part of mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactions.
5.4 With Your Consent
When You explicitly authorize sharing.
5.5 Aggregated or Anonymized Data

6. User Content and License Rights
By submitting User Content, You grant Flun a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, process, modify, and create derivative works from that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including internal system optimization.
This license ends when Your content is deleted, except where retention is legally required or data has been anonymized.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary:
- Personal Data while Your Account is active
- Health Data until You delete it or delete Your Account
- Usage Data for limited periods unless required for security or compliance
- Backup data for a short duration as part of standard operations
We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

Your information may be processed outside Your jurisdiction. Where required, We use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
